Yale College Community Care ( YC3)

Yale College Community Care ( YC3), a program created through the collaboration between Yale College and Yale Mental Health and Counseling, expands mental health and wellness support to Yale College’s diverse undergraduate student community. In addition to the services that remain available to students via the department of Yale Mental Health and Counseling, the YC3 program offers students additional options for support, such as drop-in sessions.

The Good Life Center

mwing

The Good Life Center is Yale’s official student wellness hub, existing and operating with a two-fold mission: to empower students with evidence-based skills for fostering mental, physical, social, and emotional well-being, and to cultivate a campus culture that promotes wellness as a fundamental, accessible human right. Our main location is on the second floor of the Schwarzman Center, and we have satellite spaces all over campus.

Sexual Harassment and Assault Response & Education (SHARE)

  • SHARE is available to all members of the Yale community (students, faculty, and staff) who are dealing with sexual misconduct of any kind, including sexual assault, sexual harassment, stalking, intimate partner violence, and more. We assist individuals who are dealing with both current/recent and past experiences, as well as offer support to those who may experience something indirectly such as supporting friends, family or loved ones or witnessing something of concern. Additionally, we have resources for individuals who may have concerns about their own behavior.
  • SHARE provides crisis support, advocacy, and referral to on-going care for all members of the Yale community. We also offer on-going counseling for students (undergraduate, graduate, and professional) focused on processing issues related to sexual misconduct. You can read more about our services on the SHARE website.
  • We encourage anyone to contact us to receive information, advocacy and support. No concern is too large or too small to bring to SHARE.
